1.  General

The Alberta Capital Finance Authority (ACFA) Loan Calculator is provided to assist municipalities to determine semi-annual payment only for various terms and rates.  The amounts are calculated based on the current indicative rates posted on this website but terms and rates can be modified by the user. 

2.  To Determine Loan Payment

  • Select the appropriate term
  • type in rate
  • type in loan value
  • Click "Calculate Loan" button
  • Update Recalculation Options, re Type, Term and Deferment
  • Click "Recalculate Loan" button
  • a repayment schedule is provided.

3.  Clear and Start Over

To be used to enter new information.
