ACFA April 2006: The Debt Limit Worksheet and Loan Calculator have been modified to enable calculation of semi-annual payments. Debt Limit Worksheet Alberta Capital Finance Authority (ACFA) has developed a Debt Limit Worksheet (DLW) to assist municipalities to complete, store and retrieve information on their current debt limit, to be included as part of the supporting documents for debenture application and approval.
