The following borrowing by-law
formats may be used for by-laws passed after January 1, 2004 related to
the new ACFA Lending Policy. We have included a "sample"
by-law as well as a "clean" by-law for each by-law format listed.
These are in MS Word format and will open in a separate window.
For your information below is a Ministerial Order exempting amending by-laws that changed the repayment terms from annual to semi-annual payments adopted prior to December 31, 2003, from the advertising requirements in the Municipal Government Act. |
